I coordinated and executed marketing strategy for an inaugural statewide conference yielding 500 attendees. This included live, cross-platform promotion of the conference to engage with audiences at the event and increase our impact; consistent live-tweeting yielded 9.9k impressions (6 typical weeks of engagement in the span of 3 days), and a live stream of an address by the governor brought people into the event. Additionally, I managed the rollout and use of our conference app, including day-of communications and support. Handled IT project management for presenters, including setting up rooms and accommodating requests made both in advance and on-site.
